Healthy 2 ingredients banana pancakes

No gluten, no dairy, only made with bananas and eggs. Fast, healthy and very easy 🙂

Ingredients: (all organic)

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 banana

How to:

  1. Mash the banana
  2. Whisk the eggs until they are completely blended
  3. Mix the mashed banana together with the egg
  4. Warm up a pan with some oil (I use organic coconut oil)
  5. Take a small ladle and drop it the hot pan
  6. Tip: Flip it only when one side is ready, which will take about a minute
  7. Bake again on the other side and serve

For toppings I like:

  • Marple Sirup
  • Bananas
  • Cinnamon
  • Nuts
  • choose whatever you like…
